Registering and Paying Online is Easy! Please complete the following THREE STEPS for the RETREAT WORKSHOP REGISTRATION.

> STEP ONE: Calculate Fees based on the following choices:
Single Registration (Early Discount before May 31) = $119.
Single Registration (Early Discount before May 31) + $4 CEU = $123.
Multiple Registration (Early Discount before May 31)= $109 Each Person.
Multiple Registration (Early Discount before May 31) + $4 CEU = $113Per Person (Includes $4 CEU fee)
For Multiple Registration, All Fees must be collected and sent in ONE payment to qualify for multiple fee discount.
AFTER May 31, Regular Fee $139 for All Registrations. Plus add $4 per Each CEU.
> STEP TWO: Now, scroll down below to Complete your Online Registration Form and click "Submit".
> STEP THREE: AFTER you have completed and submitted your online Registration form, the Final Step is to Pay via
PayPal. A Processing Fee of $5 will be automatically applied to each PayPal payment. When we receive BOTH your completed
online registration form(s) and your Paypal payment, we will email you a confirmation.

through postal mail registration.
For your registration to be complete, all information fields on the form must be filled out, and each form MUST have a
Signature. After we receive your completed with payment for each person attending -- you are registered.
Refunds: No refunds within seven days of any workshop or retreat. Prior to seven days before, refunds are given, Minus
a 10% Cancellation Fee.
